HajjPhotos exists to remove one specific obstacle between a pilgrim and their journey: the rejected photo. Every year, applications stall because a portrait is 19 KB instead of 18, or a white wall photographed grey. We fix that — precisely, instantly, and without keeping your data.
Who operates this service
HajjPhotos is built and operated by Novamira, the team behind umrah.guide, a long-running resource for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims. We work in this niche daily — the photo tool grew directly out of the questions pilgrims kept asking us. We are an independent utility and are not affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Nusuk platform, or any government body.
Zero photo retention, by design
You are uploading identity documents — a portrait, sometimes a passport page. We treat that with the caution it deserves. The passport cropper never uploads anything: it runs entirely in your browser. The portrait is sent once, encrypted, to the provider that reformats it, then returned to you. We store neither. There is no photo database to breach, because there is no photo database. Read the full privacy policy.
Our guarantee
If a photo we process is rejected by the Nusuk portal for technical reasons, we correct it manually for free until it is accepted — or refund you in full. Report any rejection through the Report Rejection form and we respond within 24 hours.
