1. Agreement to terms
By accessing and using HajjPhotos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service description
HajjPhotos, operated by Novamira, provides an automated tool that formats personal photos and passport scans to meet the technical requirements of Hajj and Umrah applications on the Nusuk platform. We are an independent utility and are not affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or the official Nusuk platform.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the photo you upload is of yourself or a person for whom you have permission to process data. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
4. Acceptance guarantee and refunds
If a photo generated by our service is rejected by the Nusuk portal for technical reasons (dimensions, background color, or file size), we will correct it manually free of charge until it is accepted, or issue a full refund — your choice. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase via the Report Rejection form or by email to mail@hajjphotos.com.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every photo will be accepted by third-party authorities, as their requirements or enforcement may change without notice.
6. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
