Answers to common questions about Hajj photo processing, requirements, and the acceptance guarantee.

Did our photo get rejected?

We sincerely apologize. We offer a full refund or free manual correction if our result was not accepted by the Nusuk portal.

What are the requirements for a Hajj (Nusuk) photo?

The photo must be exactly 200 × 200 pixels, JPEG format, between 5 KB and 18 KB, on a pure white background, with your face filling 70–80% of the frame. Our tool produces exactly this output automatically.

How long does processing take?

Typically under a minute. You upload, pay the one-time fee, and the finished photo appears with a download button. A copy of the receipt and photo is also emailed to you.

How do I download my photo?

After processing completes, a "Download Photo" button appears. Click it to save the compliant JPEG to your device, then upload that file in the Nusuk app.

Can I use a selfie?

Yes, as long as it is clear, well-lit, and you are facing the camera directly with your shoulders visible. The processor handles cropping, background, size, and compression.

What if my processed photo is rejected by Nusuk?

Report it through the Report Rejection form with the rejection message. We correct the photo manually for free until it is accepted, or issue a full refund — your choice.

Is HajjPhotos affiliated with the Saudi government?

No. HajjPhotos is an independent utility operated by Novamira. We are not affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or the official Nusuk platform.
